Mowgli is a “man cub” who has been reared in an Indian forest, led by wolf defence and its herd, Lonely, since he was brought in as an infant by black panther Baghira. Baghira trains Mowgli to learn wolves’ ways, but the boy faces some challenges and goes after his wolves’ siblings, while instead of learning the methods of the lone pack, humans use “tricks,” such as construction equipment.
One day, during the dry season, forest animals gather to drink the water that lives during drought as part of a truce that enables forest wildlife to drink without fear of being eaten by their predators.
